It draws on the lessons learnt by CARE's Adaptation Learning Programme over four years across four countries to explain our perspective on what CBA is and how it can be implemented using some practical approaches, such as Participatory Scenario Planning and Community Adaptation Action Plans, which can be adopted and scaled up.
