The EVC program is implemented by CARE Nederland and its local partners in some of the most fragile settings in the world, including Sudan, Somalia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Rwanda and Burundi.
The brief is a result of series of learning events around three themes:
- Adaptive programming in fragile contexts
- Building capacity of local authorities in fragile contexts
- Capacity building of civil society to advocate on behalf of marginalised women and youth
